Geoffrey grew up in the family business, learning the trade from his father Herb, and understanding what it means to build trust within a community. Geoffrey holds Red Seal certification, Class 4 Well Technician License, and Operations in Small Drinking Water Systems certificate.
He officially joined the Herbs Plumbing team in 2014.
As Herb's eldest son and now owner of Herb's Plumbing, Geoff is leading the company into its next chapter—expanding services, growing the team, and introducing innovative solutions while staying rooted in the honest, reliable work that has defined the business for over 25 years.

Office Manager
Melisa joined Herb's Plumbing as Office Manager in 2024. She brings her Certificate in Office Administration in a friendly, organized approach and keeps things running smoothly in our office. As a longtime friend of the family, Melisa understands the values that drive the business and is committed to making sure every customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
From scheduling service calls to coordinating projects, Melisa is often your first point of contact.
Her husband also works as a carpenter for the company.

Bookkeeper/Human Resources
Nadia is a dedicated Bookkeeper and Human Resources professional at Herbs Plumbing, where she has been an integral part of the team for five years. She holds a Paralegal Certificate and brings a versatile skill set to the company, contributing both in the office and on the tools when needed. Nadia is a sister of Geoff Thiessen. She plays one of key roles in the office in supporting the family-run business and ensuring its day-to-day operations run smoothly.
